Better your Reading Skills

Dear all,  Greetings We are all readers in some way or another, but do we read slowly? And is reading slowly such a bad thing after all?  There's a lot that comes out of reading, even if you read slowly, and here's what you can know about it. Pomodoro Technique for Time management

Dear Facilitators, Greetings. First of all, I am happy to know that despite your busy schedule, some of you are able to read the  Wow  articles and not just that, you are even implementing it! Hence, for the benefit of the rest, I am resharing one of my favourite techniques, the Pomodoro Technique, which has been so far very useful for me.  I would like you all to go through the same and try implementing it, in case you haven't been able to manage it yet. Dear Facilitators, Greetings. Struggle to train consistently? Or stick to healthy nutrition? It’s true, good habits are difficult to adopt. It takes more than a desire for a habit to stick. Discipline, courage and hard work are required on a daily basis to keep them in place.  However, what if we told you that the hard part of trying to turn a habit into a routine, lasts only 21 days, and after that, it becomes an automatic part of your everyday life? Too good to be true, right? Well…maybe. There is a lot of controversy surrounding the 21-day habit theory.
